In Dallas ISD, Central staff play a key role in raising student achievement by supporting and empowering the work of our campuses. To raise student
achievement in Dallas ISD, each of the district’s 20,000 employees must be working toward a shared vision, focused on the same outcomes, and striving for
excellence. The Career Management System (CMS) is a tool for defining,supporting and rewarding excellence for central, support, and non-instructional staff. The Performance Management Team is available to assist with any questions.
CMS Mid-Year Review Window
The CMS Mid-Year Review window opens on January 10, 2017, and includes an employee self-review and an appraiser review. Steps in the Mid-Year Review are outlined below.
